History: META was formerly known as Facebook, originally formed in 2007, led by its CEO, Mark Zuckerberg in Menlo Park, California. On October 28, 2021 TheFacebook inc. made a huge decision to rebrand its name to META which means METAVERSE.

Structure: CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, and board of directors. The key departments include Information Security; Business Development; Marketing Center; Finance Center and Engineering. All of these departments have a number of sub-group.

Products/Services offered:
Social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp. Those were widely used as a base of communication. Soon to launch Virtual Reality world or metaverse.
Social network advertising, Online advertising inside the META apps ecosystem.
Consumer electronics, META recently released its CPU to support its vision, the metaverse.
